At Friend & Farrelly we believe in fair fees for both tenants and landlords. Our standard tenants fee is £420 including Vat per property, not per person. This fee includes contracts and referencing.

If you are looking to rent your property but would like to manage it yourself we are more than happy to provide your with the best let only service possible. For your fee we would include, conducting viewings, finding a suitable tenant, fully referencing the tenant with a professional referencing company, arranging the move in day and arrange for contracts to be signed. Our lettings team are pro-active and dedicated to matching our extensive applicants list to your property. Our standard fee for our let only service is 7.2% including Vat.
